Scallop X Kucoin AMA & Trading Competition

On August 1, our CEO Raj Bagadi was a guest on Kucoin’s Telegram channel for a spectacular AMA. We were amazed by the great response and thank everyone for joining! Join our weekly AMA’s on our telegram channel to get your questions answered by Raj!

After the AMA, we announced another collaboration with Kucoin and Scallop: Trading Competition. The competition lasted from 1 August until 8 August and winners were distributed a total amount of $50,000 in SCLP!

Crypto Winter Trading League

Although we are experiencing a crypto winter, Team Scallop wanted to make it fun by hosting a “Crypto Winter Trading League” on Scallop Exchange for cryptocurrency trading lovers! We had different categories for all types of traders and the competition lasted from 1–7 August. We distributed a total amount of 50,000 SCLP tokens. Congratulations to the ones that grabbed their pieces from the reward pool! Tune in for our announcements for our next competitions!

The Discord Channel Is Live & AMA

Our Discord channel went live this month for our Scallop community to have more mediums to communicate with each other! Make sure to join; to not miss any Scallop news and updates, meet with your fellow Scallopians, get your questions answered about us and have lots of fun!

VARA licence

We are excited to announce that we have obtained provisional regulatory approval from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in August! With this licence, Scallop will be engaging in UAE’s fast-growing digital assets ecosystem by running crypto-native services under complete regulatory oversight, supplying top-tier financial solutions to a new geographical pool of consumers and better serving the regional market.

MAHA Trading Competition

We were proud to collaborate with MahaDAO to host a “MAHA Trading Competition” on the Scallop Exchange. The top 15 traders with the highest volume grabbed their share from a 15,000 $MAHA pool. More competitions and collaborations are on the way, stay tuned!

Indian freedom giveaway

Exclusively for the Indian Freedom Day! We have hosted a giveaway for the growing Indian community this time that ran through 15–21 August. 100 lucky winners were awarded 10,000 SCLP.
